FAQ's
What does "print release" mean?
Well, I still own the copyright to these photos, but a print release means you are allowed to have them printed at a professional lab. Please do not edit/alter/crop any photos as that is not part of the print release agreement. CD print release may have a limit on the size you can print. I recommend Mpix.com. Box store labs may have automatic color correction on their printers causing your prints to turn out terribly!
Can I order prints through you?
At this time I provide a CD with all of my sessions and allow clients to order their own prints. If you would like me to order prints for you, I can do so. Pricing can be provided.
How long will it take to get my finished photos back?
Generally I try to have them finished within about 2 weeks. Sometimes during the busy seasons it might take a bit longer. Weddings can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
I'm just about to have a baby, when is a good time to get "newborn" pictures? I'd like to take them within the first 10 days if at all possible! During that time the baby is still quite sleepy and is easier to pose. The session will be easier and your photos will turn out better.
I decided I don't like what I'm wearing, how I did my hair, etc. for our session. Can you change that in photoshop? Or can I get a refund?
No, I'm sorry. My photo edits are limited to blemish removal, and other basic edits. Refunds are only given if I have an equipment malfunction or technical error on my part and don't provide clear, finished photographs. I can not make your clothing a different color, add or take away hair, give you make up or change body sizes. But don't worry, you are beautiful just the way you are.
